Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.
14-Day Returns Policy:
We happily accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our returns team at customer@biluza.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
Package the item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all supplied accessories.
Include RA number: Clearly write the RA number provided on the outside of the package.
Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer@biluza.com with details and photos of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
